Use of the Platform

You may use londonschool.email and our services for lawful purposes only. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others or allow unauthorised access to your enrolment. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Enrolment and Payment

When you enrol on a programme, you agree to pay the fees displayed at the time of enrolment. All prices are listed in GBP unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed securely by our third-party payment provider. Access to course materials is granted upon successful payment.

Corporate and team enrolments may be subject to separate invoicing arrangements agreed in writing.

CLI Agent Usage

The LSES CLI Agent is a command-line tool installed on your own machine or virtual machine. You are responsible for the environment in which the CLI Agent runs. The CLI Agent connects to LSES verification servers to validate lab exercises and assessments. You must not reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the CLI Agent or attempt to circumvent its verification mechanisms.

Certification

LSES offers professional certifications including the Certified Email Authentication Practitioner (CEAP) and the Certified Email Threat Analyst (CETA). Certifications are issued via Accredible upon successful completion of the relevant assessment. We reserve the right to revoke a certification if we determine that the assessment was completed fraudulently or in violation of these Terms.

Certification credentials remain verifiable indefinitely through Accredible. The use of LSES certification marks (CEAP, CETA) is permitted only by individuals who hold a valid, non-revoked credential.

Intellectual Property

All course content, lab materials, assessments, branding, and software provided by LSES are proprietary and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any LSES content without our prior written consent. Your enrolment grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to access and use the course materials for your own learning.

Refund Policy

You may request a full refund within 14 days of enrolment, in accordance with UK consumer rights legislation. To request a refund, contact us at the email address below. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of approval. If you have already completed more than 50% of the programme content or have attempted a certification exam, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion.

Account Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform. Upon termination, your access to course materials will be revoked. Certification records are retained separately and are not affected by account closure, unless the certification itself is revoked.

Limitation of Liability

Our training materials are provided for educational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that following our guidance will produce specific outcomes in your organisation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LSES shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant programme.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
